Properties in Japan

Purchased in May 2024, I started with minor renovations, but in February 2025, I suffered from a health issue (a mild stroke due to sauna addiction) and am currently using it as a warehouse. I requested this listing two months after the onset of the condition.

Next to the property is managed by the local community association, and the other neighbor lives far away, with both properties usually being vacant. The land of the property is about 197 square meters, but there is a possibility of adding about 100 square meters. If unnecessary, it can remain at approximately 197 square meters.

Possible uses include nursing facilities, guesthouses, or dormitories. It can also be used as a personal residence. There were no complaints about playing guitar indoors or having BBQs in the garden.

Currently, the warehouse on the premises has been rented out for about a year, generating an annual income of 120,000 yen. Another floor is also available for rent. The fixed property tax is 10,000 yen. Water service can be restarted or stopped as it is managed by the city. The neighborhood association fee is 4,200 yen. 活用方法としては介護施設や民泊に寮等が挙げられます。個人でお住まいも可能です。室内でギターを弾いたり、庭でBBQをしてもクレームはありませんでした。

現在、敷地内の倉庫を約1年間継続して賃貸で貸し出してます。年間12万円の所得が入ります。別のフロアも募集してます。固定資産税は1万円です。水道の再開や停止は市の水道であるため可能です。町内会費は4,200円です。入村料が必要で継続して住まれる場合は5万円が必要です。倉庫や賃貸などの用途の場合は5万円は不要とのことでした。
