This is a plot of land within the Nasu resort area, located slightly above Highland Park. It was purchased in 2009 with plans to build a vacation home, but due to the need for parental care, I no longer have the time to utilize it, so I would like to transfer it to someone else.

To the east, there is a vacation home built, and there are several other vacation homes scattered in the vicinity. The land has been surveyed, and I can provide that data. I have not done any maintenance such as grass cutting in the last few years. It will be handed over in its current state. An annual management fee of about 51,000 yen must be paid to the vacation home management company. If a contract is signed, it is possible to connect to hot springs. The fixed asset tax is about 8,500 yen.

The view is outstanding. The Nasu Highlands spread out below, and on clear days, the Yatsugatake mountains can be seen. The sunset over Mount Osahibayama, which spreads between the Nasu mountain range and Mount Takahara, is beautiful. However, since it is a sloped area, there may be costs associated with the foundation.

眺望抜群です。眼下に那須高原が広がり晴れた日には八溝の山々が望めます。那須連山と高原山の間に広がる大佐飛山に沈む夕日が美しいです。ただ、傾斜地のため、基礎には費用がかかるかと思います。
