Ashikaga City is located on the border of Tochigi and Gunma Prefectures, with the city area spreading east to west. It is generally a calm area. By chance, I acquired an investment property in Ashikaga City. Currently, it is rented out for 59,000 yen per month. It is situated in a somewhat suburban residential area, with a house and a warehouse on a spacious land of about 110 tsubo. The parking space can accommodate about 4 cars on the premises (in tandem). The house is a 5SK built in 1974, and in 2023, the water heater and air conditioner were replaced with new ones, along with other interior renovations.
