I purchased this property with the idea of living self-sufficiently and possibly starting a barbecue restaurant in a large prefab. However, due to the possibility of moving far away because of my other business becoming busy, I have reluctantly decided to let it go. The previous owner mentioned that the nutrient-rich land allows for anything to grow well. There is a utility pole on the property, providing an annual income of about 1,500 yen.

It has been a few years since it became vacant, and the condition of the facilities is unknown, but I have hired a contractor for grass cutting twice a year and snow removal from the roof. 空き家になってから数年経過しており設備等の使用状況は不明ですが、年に2回の草刈りと屋根の雪下ろしは業者に依頼しております。時期はすぐにでも引渡できます。リフォームが必要になるかもしれませんので加味した価格にしました。
