About 10 years ago, we purchased this house when our family welcomed a child, but due to circumstances with my parents' home, we had to leave. During that time, we rented it out, but managing it as a landlord became difficult, so we believe it is necessary to let it go for the sake of the house and the community. Despite being close to supermarkets for shopping, fireflies dance in front of the house, owls hoot, and in summer, the kingfisher comes. The road in front of the house is a dead end, and only people known for farming pass through, making it a quiet place. The house is about 90 years old and requires care and maintenance, but it is much more beautiful than recently built houses. The land is at an elevation of about 400m, and while there is no insulation, we have a high-performance wood stove called Vermont Castings Encore and a mixed forest in the back mountain where we can obtain firewood, so we can be self-sufficient in energy.
