The building is a traditional construction house built with care by my brother, a former craftsman (plasterer). No leaks were confirmed, but some repairs are needed for part of the floor and the sliding door of the south-facing window. It is rare and highly valuable to have a vacant house with a home garden, an annex, and a garage. Nearby, there is a historical site established on October 10, 1987, to preserve and introduce the history of Kuniyuki, which flourished as a production area for firearms from the Sengoku period to the Edo period. Inside the facility, there is a large exhibition of Kuniyuki firearms (matchlock guns) that remain in the village. Additionally, there are exhibitions related to cultural figures such as "Kuniyuki Ikkan-sai" and "Enshū-style tea master Tsuji Munenori," who are referred to as the "Edison of the East." There are also many large shopping centers and restaurants nearby, making it a very convenient area. However, it is true that living here can be inconvenient without a car. The local residents are gentle, and there should be no issues with relocating. This could be perfect for those wishing to telework or engage in workation activities. * (Anegawa) 建屋は兄が元職人（左官）で拘って建てられた伝統工法住宅。雨漏れ等は確認できなかったが、一部床と南側掃き出し窓の引違いの修繕が必要です。家庭菜園や離れ＆車庫などが付属する空き家は珍しく希少価値が高い。近くには戦国時代から江戸時代まで鉄砲などの生産地として栄えた国友の歴史資料の保存と紹介を目的として1987年（昭和62年）10月10日に開設された。館内では集落内に残る国友鉄砲（火縄銃）を集めて大量展示をしている。ほか、「東洋のエジソン」と称される「国友一貫斎」「遠州流茶人辻宗範」ら文化人に関する展示も行われている。また近隣に大型ショッピングセンターや飲食店も多く大変便利な地域です。しかし「車」が無ければ生活するには不便な事も事実です。近隣の方々は温厚で移住されるには問題ない。テレワークやワーケーション事業を希望される方にはピッタリではないでしょうか＊（姉川）浸水想定区域：0.5m未満の区域
