It is an old private house built in Taisho 13 and is 100 years old. I bought it as a home about two years ago, but I got married and moved, so I let it go, and it has been vacant since mid-September 5. The house is a one-story house with a rice field-shaped floor plan. It has a veranda and is very airy. The minimum necessary parts have been repaired and are ready to live.
It draws well water and uses it in conjunction with clean water. Well water is used in the washroom, bath, washing machine and kitchen (one of the two faucets). The well water motor was just replaced with a new one in February of Reiwa 5. Next to the main building is a large and magnificent storehouse. The brewery was considering a business, but it still didn't have time to repair it.
