A traditional Japanese house standing in a quiet environment rich in nature. It comes with a separate building and an old storehouse. The spacious building was previously operated as a soba restaurant. The surrounding area consists of farmland. It was purchased last year for use as a workshop, but due to various circumstances, I have decided to remain at my current workshop, and since it is quite far for use as a storage, I am considering letting it go. I was thinking of converting the entire space into a workshop, but it remains as it was at the time of purchase (as shown in the images). Access to Matsumoto city is about 30 minutes, and to Azumino is about 20-30 minutes, making it well-connected to the city while being rich in nature. The Shiga district has many immigrants, which I think is a good thing. Please check the property in person.

The building is very old (approximately 100 years old). I did not prioritize it since I purchased it for workshop use, but I think renovations are necessary for residential use, such as for the bathroom and kitchen. The degree of livability may vary among individuals, but I recommend it for those who enjoy DIY (the kitchen currently has no sin自然あふれる静かな環境に立つ古民家。離れや古い土蔵も付属しています。以前は蕎麦屋として営業していた広々した建物です。周囲は畑があります。工房利用目的で昨年購入しましたが、諸々事情により現在の工房に残ることになり倉庫としての使用にも距離が離れているため手放そうかと思っています。工房用に全面土間にしようかと思っていましたが、現状は購入時のままです（画像のまま）。松本市街へのアクセスも30分位、安曇野へも20～30分位と街へのアクセスも良く自然も豊かです。四賀地区は移住者も多く、良いと思います。現地確認をお願いします。

建物はとても古いです（築約100年）。工房用に購入したため重視しませんでしたが、住居用に使うにはお風呂や台所等リノベが必要かと思います。住める状態の度合いは老若男女それぞれ差異があると思いますがDIY好きの方にオススメします（台所は現状シンクなし）。トイレの便座（ウオシュレット）と玄関の鍵は新品に交換しました。電気と水道は来ています。ガス・灯油は要点検です。
