This is a 50-60 year old detached house located in Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture. I purchased it as a second house in Senami Onsen, but I haven't been able to visit often, so I decided to post it for someone who will cherish and use it. Next to the property, there is an onsen hotel, and in front of the property, there is an onsen spa, making it a relaxing place for those who love hot springs and healing. There are also an Aeon, shopping center, and home center about 10-15 minutes by car from home, so shopping should not be a problem. The property is almost free of remaining items (some minor items remain), and while I was not informed of any leaks, tilting, or termites at the time of purchase, it is noted that renovation is essential due to its age. There is parking for one car. It is also indicated that it may be suitable for a guesthouse or vacation rental.

*T新潟県村上市にある築50～60年の戸建てです。瀬波温泉にセカンドハウスとして購入したのですがなかなか行けず、大切に使用または購入してくれる方にお譲りしようと思い投稿しました。

物件の隣には温泉ホテル、物件前には温泉SPAなどがあり温泉好きな方、癒し好きな方にはのんびり過ごせる場所かと思います。自宅から車で10～15分ほどにイオン、ショッピングセンター、ホームセンターもあり買い物には困らないと思います。

物件はほぼ残置なく（多少あり）、雨漏り、傾き、シロアリは購入時には聞いておりませんが、古い物件でリフォーム必須との記載があります。駐車場1台分あり。民宿・民泊にも向く可能性があると案内されています。
