This is an old family line that has lived in this area since 1600. After being completely burned down in a fire in 1875, it was rebuilt and has undergone renovations until around 1975, so it does not have the charm of a traditional folk house.

Since it became vacant 10 years ago, we have been holding events such as flea markets once a month. It is possible to move in immediately. We would be happy if you could use it in a way that contributes to the revitalization of the town.

During the town's fireworks festival, 5,000 fireworks are launched right in front of you, allowing you to enjoy them while having a barbecue in the garden. There is over 700 tsubo of parking space available. From the second floor, you can see the sea, and in summer, sightseeing boats pass by. In the back mountain, you can harvest bamboo shoots, wild bamboo, butterbur, hassaku oranges, summer oranges, and persimmons. Ten years ago, it was damaged by termites, and the building materials under the floor have been replaced.

* There are cultural properties of Hagi City in the back mountain, so it cannot be disturbed.1600年にこの地に住み始めて15代の古い家系です。火事で全焼した明治8年に新築で建ててから、昭和50年くらいまでの間に増改築をしていますので、古民家という趣はありません。

10年前に空き家になってからは月に一度、フリーマーケットなどのイベントを開催しています。すぐに住むことも可能です。できましたら町の活性化に繋がるような使い方をしていただけると嬉しいです。

町の花火大会では、5,000発の花火が目の前で打ち上げられるので、庭でバーベキューをしながら楽しめます。駐車スペースは700坪以上あります。2階からは海が臨め、夏は観光船が行き交います。裏山では筍、淡竹、フキ、八朔、夏ミカン、柿などが収穫できます。10年前にシロアリにやられ、床下の建材を入れ替えました。
