Description

In 2009, my mother, who was running a business alone, passed away, and my sister and I inherited the property. The original house has been expanded with block construction for the store and warehouse sections. The original house is believed to be around 100 years old.

There was a local deity on the premises, but due to aging, it became difficult to continue the worship. After consulting with the local community, we performed a purification ceremony and had the statue taken away. We canceled the electric lines due to concerns about fire from leakage. I considered clearing the land, but there is a prefabricated garage (capable of parking 3 cars) with foundation work done, and I hope someone might buy it as it is.

The highlight of the property is that there is a river flowing behind it, where fireflies dance, and the breeze from the river feels nice. This river was eroded and washed away during a previous typhoon, but solid riverbank construction has been completed. The land is spacious. Since it was a business, there are various warehouses. The kitchen was added later as a system kitchen, but it requires removing shoes, so it has hardly been used. The entrance to the store was the

Settling in Japan

Japan is an enticing destination for those looking to immigrate and start a new life. It is a country that seamlessly blends rich tradition with cutting-edge modernity. One of the key factors that make Japan so attractive to prospective immigrants is the housing availability. While Japan's bustling metropolises like Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto offer a wide range of housing options, from modern apartments to traditional machiya, the country also faces a unique issue: a surplus of vacant houses, especially in rural areas. This provides an intriguing opportunity for immigrants to potentially acquire properties at reasonable prices, often at a fraction of what one might pay in major cities.

Japan's real estate market is diverse and can cater to various budgets. While cities like Tokyo tend to be on the higher end of the spectrum, there are still affordable options to be found in the suburbs and smaller towns. This inclusivity in housing costs allows immigrants to select a location that suits their financial circumstances.
