Description

I love this house, which is very calm and sunny, located in the beautiful and relatively warm Ina Valley, where both the Central Alps and the Southern Alps can be seen. I moved here from Kanto and have lived here for a long time. I have found a land that I really want to live in, and I have decided to let go of this beloved house for a new life.

Nakagawa Village has strong support for child-rearing (with special school lunches, housing, and land acquisition subsidies), and there are many immigrants and artists. Anyone who can enjoy living here and love the house as a stage for starting a new life is welcome. The village has a remaining community.

The house is located on the mountainside, offering a wonderful view of the Central Alps. While preserving the old folk house, it underwent a complete renovation (5LDK) about 10 years ago, costing over 10 million yen, allowing you to start a convenient rural life immediately. During that time, a miso storehouse was also built, so you can stock food. Two years ago, a solar hot water heater was installed in the garden, providing hot water for both the bath and kitchen. An eco-friendly kerosene water heater was also introduced at the same ti

Settling in Japan

Japan is an enticing destination for those looking to immigrate and start a new life. It is a country that seamlessly blends rich tradition with cutting-edge modernity. One of the key factors that make Japan so attractive to prospective immigrants is the housing availability. While Japan's bustling metropolises like Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto offer a wide range of housing options, from modern apartments to traditional machiya, the country also faces a unique issue: a surplus of vacant houses, especially in rural areas. This provides an intriguing opportunity for immigrants to potentially acquire properties at reasonable prices, often at a fraction of what one might pay in major cities.

Japan's real estate market is diverse and can cater to various budgets. While cities like Tokyo tend to be on the higher end of the spectrum, there are still affordable options to be found in the suburbs and smaller towns. This inclusivity in housing costs allows immigrants to select a location that suits their financial circumstances.
