This log house with a fireplace was built in 1993 using Canadian timber, located next to Nasu in the Hatori Lake Highlands. This villa allows you to enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains from spring to autumn. The 300 tsubo (approximately 991 square meters) property is on a slope, providing a cool retreat in the summer with a lush garden. For golf enthusiasts, there are two golf courses just a 5-minute drive away, and in winter, the Hatori Lake Ski Resort is very close. The family that owns it has been visiting 3 to 4 times a year from Tokyo to recharge, but as they have aged, it has become difficult to visit by car, so they are considering selling it now.

The house has 3LDK, with 2 Western-style rooms, 1 Japanese-style room, and a living room with a high ceiling. Although it has been about 30 years, the log house is well-maintained and in very good condition. The timing of the visit can be arranged according to your convenience.

Due to its age, while the interior is clean, the balcony has undergone renovations twice due to snow damage, and some repairs are needed on the railing. It is located a few hundred meters from the main road, making it very quiet, allowing you to hear那須の隣、羽鳥湖高原に平成5年にカナダ産の木材で建てられた暖炉があるログハウスです。春から秋にかけて山の自然を楽しめるこの別荘は、その300坪の敷地は傾斜地にありますが、夏は樹木が生い茂る庭で涼しく避暑となり、ゴルフ好きの方は車で5分のところにゴルフ場が2つ、冬場は羽鳥湖スキー場がすぐ近くです。年に3回から4回東京から訪れては鋭気を養っていましたが、所有する家族が高齢となり車で訪れる事が難しくなってきたため、今回、売却を検討しています。

3LDKで洋室が2部屋、和室が1部屋に吹抜けのリビングとなります。約30年という年月を経ましたが、ログハウスは息をしておりとてもきれいな状態です。時期は特にご都合の良い時に合わせます。

年数を経ていますので内部はきれいながらも、雪による腐食でベランダ部分は2回ほど改修をおこなっています。手摺部分は若干の修理が必要です。大通りからは数百メートル中に入りますので、とても静かに鳥の声が聴くことができ、羽鳥湖エンゼルフォレストや道の駅へは車で5分で、温泉や施設を楽しむことができます。なお、別荘地ですので、年間管理費が共益費として約92,000円かかります。その他、水道代（半年で約13,200円）と電気、ガス代がかかります。別荘地の公共水道ですので軟水でとても美味です。
