It seems that my father purchased this land for building a home about 50 years ago, but after that, he acquired a home in Chiba Prefecture, so he continued to own this land without building a house. After my father passed away, my mother inherited it.

Since there is no prospect of using it in the future, we decided to let it go. The current address of the seller, who is my mother and me, is far away, so we have never been to the site. The land category is residential. It is in an area designated for urbanization control, but it is possible to build a structure (confirmed with the city office, as it was purchased in 1970, before the line was drawn for urbanization control in 1973).

We have maintained the land as a site for residential construction by hiring a contractor for weeding twice a year. It seems to take about 30 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop, so it would be suitable for someone who owns a car for building a home. We hope to hand it over as soon as possible.

There are no utilities such as water, electricity, or gas.

Current status: Vaca50年ほど前に父がマイホーム建築用に購入したようですが、その後千葉県にマイホームを持つことになったため現地は住宅を建てること無く所有し続けました。その後、父が亡くなり母が相続しました。

住宅建築用の土地として、年2回の除草作業を業者に依頼をしながら状態を保ってきました。最寄りのバス停からは徒歩30分ほどかかるようですので、マイカーを所有する方にはマイホーム建築用によろしいかと思います。出来るだけ早くお引渡しできればと思います。

ライフラインは、上下水道、電気、ガス、などは一切ございません。
