This property was inherited from my ancestors but has hardly been used. It was the home where my parents lived for less than five years. Since I have another house, I have no plans for future use and would like to pass it on to someone who can take care of it and use it with care. It is an old but spacious house with a garden, a warehouse (workshop/garage), and multiple parking spaces. According to the appraisal certificate, the main house was built in 1992, the warehouse in 1952, and the workshop in 1972.

I visit occasionally, but there are many remaining items such as a cupboard, table, and appliances. The utilities (electricity, water, and gas - city gas) were functioning without issues during occupancy. There is a water supply and drainage system, and an oil tank is installed. There are many remaining items such as beds, clothes, dressers, sofas, TVs, and washing machines, and I am looking for someone who can accept them as they are. There is also a treadmill and a clothes dryer (I cannot guarantee the operation of the furniture and appliances). The toilet has been remodeled to a Western style.

I own 11 plots of mountain forest and 17 plots of farmland in the same city. The f先祖代々からの相続で取得しましたが、ほとんど使用できていません。5年以内には両親が住んでいたお家です。私は別に家を持っているため今後の活用予定も無く、どなたかお手入れしながら大切にお使いいただける方へお譲りしたいです。お庭付き、倉庫（作業場／車庫）付き、駐車場複数台付きの古いですが広いお家です。評価証明書によると、母屋が平成4年築、倉庫が昭和27年築、作業所が昭和47年築のようです。

時々訪問してはいますが、食器棚やテーブル、家電類など、残置物が多数あります。居住時には電気・水道・ガス（都市ガス）のライフラインは問題なく使用できていました。上下水道があり、灯油タンクが設置されています。ベッドや衣類、タンス、ソファ、テレビ、洗濯機等残置物も多数ありますが、そのまま現況有姿でお引受けいただける方を募集します。ランニングマシーンや衣類乾燥機もあります（家具家電類の動作保証はできません。）トイレは洋式にリフォーム済です。

同市内に山林11筆、農地（田畑）17筆を所有しています。農地は長年手入れされておらず荒れ地化している箇所が多く、こちらをセットでお引き受けいただける方を優先します。
