A house built in a fishing village on the coast of Kumano City. I walk down a narrow alley to the house.
The atmosphere of the alley is good and I feel nostalgic.
The house is a magnificent building with a sense of dignity.
It is said to have been built by a famous carpenter, and each material and construction method are excellent.
Lovers of old folk houses may fall in love with it at first sight...
The toilet is flushed and a separate septic tank is installed. Repairing or replacing the boiler (hot water supply) is mandatory.
The landlord removes the leftovers.
As for parking, you need to rent it nearby.
熊野市沿岸部の漁村に建つ家。家までは細い路地を歩いていきます。
その路地の雰囲気が良く、ノスタルジーを感じます。
家は重厚感がある立派な建物です。
有名な大工さんが建てたそうで、一つ一つの材や建て方が立派です。
古民家好きは一目見ただけで惚れるかも・・・・
トイレは水洗で単独浄化槽が設置されています。ボイラー(給湯)の修繕または交換は必須です。
残置物は家主さんが撤去作業をしてくれています。
駐車場に関しては近くに借りる必要があります。

家の前に車が4台程度駐車できるスペースもあります。
付帯物として畑もあり、海近くで畑のある生活も可能。
家も定期的に管理されており、状態は良いです。ただ、床の数か所に劣化が見られるので修繕が必要になる可能性あり。
新鹿で高台をご希望の方にはおススメの物件となっています。
