Description

About a 5-minute walk from Kintetsu Haseji Station. Standing on the hill of Hatsuse, this is a detached house with wooden tiles built in Showa 47.
From the southeast-facing veranda, you can see the scenery of the Hatsuse Highway below, and the town of Hatsuse and the surrounding mountains. Packed with the spirit and design of the Showa era, a mansion with a total of 9 rooms + DK. When I opened the wide porch shutter on the left side of the entrance, a pleasant mountain breeze came down. The living rooms are sprinkled with the richness of the Showa legacy, which is a mixture of Japanese and Western. Among them, the boldly designed tsubo garden and atrium staircase in the interior are spaces that symbolize the sense of openness of this house. The second floor has a unique configuration with corridors surrounding the atrium, and Western-style and Japanese-style rooms lined up. Each room is decorated with lighting and decorations that are not often seen now, and you can feel the signs of the era when the "newness" of the 70~80s was incorporated into life with a strong curiosity.
Somehow, the nostalgic atmosphere of the days when Japan was still relaxed and rich, and there was a sense

Settling in Japan

Japan is an enticing destination for those looking to immigrate and start a new life. It is a country that seamlessly blends rich tradition with cutting-edge modernity. One of the key factors that make Japan so attractive to prospective immigrants is the housing availability. While Japan's bustling metropolises like Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto offer a wide range of housing options, from modern apartments to traditional machiya, the country also faces a unique issue: a surplus of vacant houses, especially in rural areas. This provides an intriguing opportunity for immigrants to potentially acquire properties at reasonable prices, often at a fraction of what one might pay in major cities.

Japan's real estate market is diverse and can cater to various budgets. While cities like Tokyo tend to be on the higher end of the spectrum, there are still affordable options to be found in the suburbs and smaller towns. This inclusivity in housing costs allows immigrants to select a location that suits their financial circumstances.
