The property is located a little east of the road leading from Mt. Omuroyama to Izu Kogen Station. The land is almost flat, and the narrow lot leading to the public road is slightly sloping. Unfortunately, you cannot see the sea, but there is little traffic and it is a quiet environment.
To get to this land, you will need to go through the private road in the pink part. The current owner has acquired a portion of the land.
Regarding the obligation to have access to the road when building a building, there is a long part extending from the target land that is in contact with the public road, so there is no problem with building.
However, there are no water pipes, so piping work is required.
For wastewater, the area requires the installation of an individual septic tank.

大室山から伊豆高原駅へと続く道路から少し東側に入った場所に位置します。形状はほぼ平坦で、公道へと続く細い敷地はやや傾斜です。残念ながら海は見えませんが、車通りも少なく静かな環境です。
この土地へ行くにはピンク色の部分の私道を通行することになります。現所有者さんはこの土地の持分を一部取得しています。
建物を建築する際の接道義務については、対象土地から長ーく伸びた部分が公道に接していますので問題なく建築できます。
ただ、水道管は配備されておりませんので、配管工事が必要です。
汚水に関しましては個別浄化槽の設置が必要なエリアです。
路線バスの停留所まで約150m、便利ですよ。

This building is a combination store and residence, typical of the countryside. There was probably a road here in the past, and people probably lived there and ran small businesses.
The dirt floor area is spacious and has been turned into a store, so you can "do anything" here. You can make things, display things, and if you put in the effort to renovate it, you could even turn it into an old-style house cafe? Maybe?
There's also a large steel-framed warehouse in the back, so you could probably do all sorts of woodworking and metalworking!
Of course, it's also a great place to live normally and raise children, as it's quiet and in a nice natural environment, so it's recommended.
If you're thinking of escaping the city, how about this place?田舎によくある店舗+住宅になっている建物です。昔はたぶん街道があって、そこで暮らしながら小さい商売を営んでいたんでしょうね。
土間の部分が広くて、商店になっているので、ここで「何か」できます。物を作っても良いし、展示しても良いし、がんばってリノベーションすれば古民家カフェとかもできちゃう?かも?
裏に大きな鉄骨の倉庫もあるので、たぶん木工金工なんでもできちゃいますよ!
もちろん普通に暮らすのも、子育てするのも、静かで自然環境が良いのでおススメです。
