The ownership of the target land is concentrated in one person, and the following land categories exist: Residential land (400㎡), Rice and field (3,947㎡), Wilderness (475㎡), Mountain forest (13,115㎡). The residential land is currently relatively clean (only a little grass is growing) and is in a condition where construction can begin immediately. 当てが無ければ私の方で司法書士を手配できます。
その場合の司法書士に払う報酬は、そこまで高くありません。
