I inherited it, but I have hardly been able to use it. This is the land and building of my parents' house that I inherited in 2023. It is two adjacent plots of land that my father purchased in 1990, and there is also space for a vegetable garden. I think that a house will deteriorate if it is not lived in, but I live far away and have no plans to return to Bungotakada City in the future, so I am posting this in the hope that I can give it to someone who will take good care of it and live in it.相続で取得しましたが、ほとんど使用できていません。令和5年相続により取得した実家の土地と建物です。父が平成2年に購入した隣り合う2筆の宅地で、一部家庭菜園ができるスペースもあります。建物は昭和45年に建てられたようで、何度か増築や小規模改修をしています。家は住まないと劣化してしまうと思いますが、私は遠方に住んでおり、今後豊後高田市へ戻る予定もないため、管理しながら大切に住んでいただける方にお譲りできたらと考え投稿いたします。
