It's a replacement for living together. It is 2 years old (delivered in 2022) and has all floor heating and solar power. The nearest station is Chigasaki Station, which is within walking distance from the station, and there are hospitals, convenience stores (all three major companies), post offices, bento shops, supermarkets, parks, 100 yen, gyms, etc., and everything is nearby. The front is a private road and a little narrow. Cars cannot cross, but even if you are on a square wheel from the parking lot of your house, one car can pass. I would be happy if you could discuss the timing.同居のための買い替えです。築浅2年(2022年引渡)で、全床暖房、太陽光発電ありです。最寄駅は茅ヶ崎駅で、駅からは一応徒歩圏内で、近くには病院、コンビニ(大手3社全部)、郵便局、お弁当屋さん、スーパー、公園、100均、ジムなどがあり、近くでなんでも揃います。前が私有道路で少し狭いです。車の交差はできませんが、家の駐車場から方輪出ていたとしても、車1台は通れます。金額につきましてご要望あればご連絡下さい。時期はご相談できると嬉しいです。
