A residential complex set generously on a large site. I like its shape, which somehow has an American feel. The grounds include a children's pool and a water tower that serves as a landmark. Since its subdivision in 1967 (Showa 42), it has aged into one of Shonan's vintage condominium buildings. The unit introduced here, Building T, is a two-story maisonette. The look of tightly arranged, single-family-style units with private gardens side by side is irresistible. The interior appears largely untouched and presents as renovation-ready. The toilet and unit bath seem to have been replaced, but the kitchen is still old and would benefit from renewal. Both the first and second floors receive good sunlight, and there is a private garden.
