一方でこのエリアの土地の取引額は約15万円/坪のため、土地の評価額750万円＋建物と考えればお買い得な物件と思います。
今は建築費用が高騰していますからね・・・。

この地域の一番最後の家です。
道路は伊豆市の市道で舗装もされていますし、水も公営水道とライフラインは安定していますので、この田舎で思う存分田舎暮らしをご堪能ください。
この家、大黒柱の太さ、使われていく組木細工、玄関の広さなどからして、当時はかなりの豪邸ではなかったかと思われます。ただ、経年劣化は避けられず、あちらこちらに汚損や毀損が見受けられました。それらはなるべく撮影して公開しているつもりです。
南には農地（田畑）があります。個人の趣味で楽しむにはちょうど良いサイズではないかと思います。農地法の許可が必要ですが、やる気があれば何とかなりますので挑戦してください。　農地法の許可申請は地元の行政書士さんがお手伝いして申請することになりますので、手数料として１５万円前後必要になりますこと、ご了承ください。

洗濯機置き場はどこ？　二階の天井ってこんなに低いの？　えっ、窓ガラスが割れたままで雨風が吹き込みますよね？　この洋室は床がブカブカしているよ。など経年劣化は多々ある家です。それらを売値に反映させていますので、品質に関しては過度な期待はせぬようにお願いします。
＜離れ＞
１LDKとコンパクトですが、私なら家内と仲良く生活できそうです。

無責任な夢を少しだけ、、、
母屋を改造して、外国人民泊なんて面白いのではないでしょうか？　自分らは離れの１LDKに住みながら、、、。

＜まとめ＞
目の前に熊坂小学校があるようにそこそこな住宅地ですので、普通に生活できます。ただ、裏山が近いので朝の陽ざしが遅いかもしれません。夏はいいですけれどもね。
