キッチンはありません、シャワーもありません。
でもトイレはあります。
1階のトイレの上にはシャワー室を作ろうとしたのかな?
トイレの真上の部屋なので、給排水の接続も比較的容易と思います。
前面道路は
県道80号(熱海大仁線)に面しています。
交通量も多いですが、道路幅員も広いので事業用としての利用もおすすめです。
価格はどんな?
一般的なガレージと比べ、2階にスペースがある分少し値段は高めと思います。
一方でこのエリアの土地の取引額は約15万円/坪のため、土地の評価額750万円+建物と考えればお買い得な物件と思います。
今は建築費用が高騰していますからね・・・。

この地域の一番最後の家です。
道路は伊豆市の市道で舗装もされていますし、水も公営水道とライフラインは安定していますので、この田舎で思う存分田舎暮らしをご堪能ください。
この家、大黒柱の太さ、使われていく組木細工、玄関の広さなどからして、当時はかなりの豪邸ではなかったかと思われます。ただ、経年劣化は避けられず、あちらこちらに汚損や毀損が見受けられました。それらはなるべく撮影して公開しているつもりです。
南には農地(田畑)があります。個人の趣味で楽しむにはちょうど良いサイズではないかと思います。農地法の許可が必要ですが、やる気があれば何とかなりますので挑戦してください。 農地法の許可申請は地元の行政書士さんがお手伝いして申請することになりますので、手数料として15万円前後必要になりますこと、ご了承ください。

The main house of the Showa 10 year building is an old folk house style. In the past, the kitchen part should have been a dirt floor, so I think it has been renovated many times to the present. It is such a house that seems to have thick beams hidden in the ceiling. Where is the washing machine storage? Is the ceiling on the second floor so low? Eh, the window glass is still broken and the rain and wind blow in, right? This Western-style room has a stiff floor. It is a house that has a lot of deterioration over time. We reflect these in the selling price, so please do not expect too much from the quality. < separated> It's compact as a 1LDK, but I think I can live well with my family. < using an old folk house??? > Just a little irresponsible dream、、、 Wouldn't it be interesting to remodel the main house and stay for foreigners? While living in a remote 1LDK、、、。 It's a former workshop in the back, and it's like an old folk house with a Japan where you can exp昭和10年建築の母屋は古民家風。そして1LDKの離れは比較的新しいですよ。

母屋と呼ぶべき、太い大黒柱が出迎えてくれる家はまさに古民家という趣があります。その昔、キッチン部分は土間だったはずですので、何度ものリフォームを経て現在に至っていると思います。 天井に隠れた部分には太い梁もありそうなそんな家です。
洗濯機置き場はどこ? 二階の天井ってこんなに低いの? えっ、窓ガラスが割れたままで雨風が吹き込みますよね? この洋室は床がブカブカしているよ。など経年劣化は多々ある家です。それらを売値に反映させていますので、品質に関しては過度な期待はせぬようにお願いします。
<離れ>
1LDKとコンパクトですが、私なら家内と仲良く生活できそうです。
<古民家を利用して???>
無責任な夢を少しだけ、、、
母屋を改造して、外国人民泊なんて面白いのではないでしょうか? 自分らは離れの1LDKに住みながら、、、。
裏にある元作業所で、何かの体験スペースにして「xx体験もできる日本の古民家・・・」みたいに、、、。
<まとめ>
目の前に熊坂小学校があるようにそこそこな住宅地ですので、普通に生活できます。ただ、裏山が近いので朝の陽ざしが遅いかもしれません。夏はいいですけれどもね。
金額が金額ですので、興味のある方はお早めに見学してください。
