The property was previously occupied by my parents but has been vacant since and the household belongings have been removed. This is the Naeba resort area, which is expected to become more popular in the future. It could be a great base for Fuji Rock in summer and for snowboarding in winter. It is currently used as a second home; I visit occasionally for cleaning and airing it out.

The unit is on the 4th floor of a six-story condominium. The equipment includes a large FF-type gas fan heater — this single unit is sufficient for heating — and a gas water heater that supplies hot water to the kitchen and bathroom. Maintenance costs (management fee, repair reserve fund, and water charges) are about ¥12,000 per month, and fixed property tax is about ¥27,000. Because this condominium does not have communal hot springs or similar facilities often found in other resort condos, the management fees are relatively low.
