In recent years, there has been a shortage of graves, and temple-owned cemeteries that 昭和59（1984）年に購入した3㎡の墓地で、全く使用しておりません。外柵は、外枠工事・基礎工事・撒き砂利のうえ納骨室も設置済みです。当家の文字は彫刻ではなく表札ですので容易に取り換えられ、あとは墓石を建てるのみでご使用になれます。千葉県松戸市に住んでいたころ購入しましたが、その後結婚して転居を重ね、今年になって関東圏を離れてしまいました。そこで、墓地を管理しておられるお寺の許可をいただき、どなたかに譲渡する決心をいたしました。3㎡の墓地の購入費は現在24万円で、40年前の2倍に上がっています。外柵等の費用は現在70万円余りで、当時は50～60万円だったと思います。管理されているお寺は保育園も併設しておられますので、経営基盤は安定しています。1年間の管理費は4,300円で、令和6（2024）年分は支払済みです。お墓参りが可能な距離にお住まいの方が良いかと思います。近年は墓不足で、永代使用が可能な寺所有の墓地は高騰していますが、かなり前に購入した墓地なので格安でお譲り致します。未使用のまま古くなってしまいましたので、外柵のクリーニングは必要かもしれません。
