It is a 3 square meter cemetery purchased in Showa 59 (1984) and is not used at all. The outer fence has been installed in addition to the outer frame construction, foundation work, and gravel sprinkling, and an ossuary. I bought it when I was living in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture, but after that, I got married and moved repeatedly, and this year I left the Kanto area. Therefore, I got permission from the temple that manages the cemetery and decided to transfer it to someone. The purchase cost of a 3 square meter cemetery is currently 240,000 yen, which is twice as high as it was 40 years ago. The cost of the outer fence is now about 700,000 yen, and I think it was 50~600,000 yen at that time. The temple under management also has a nursery school, so the management foundation is stable. The management fee for one year is 4,300 yen, and the Reiwa 6 (2024) amount has already been paid. I think it is better to live at a distance where you can visit the grave. In recent years, there has been a shortage of graves, and temple-owned cemeteries that 昭和59(1984)年に購入した3㎡の墓地で、全く使用しておりません。外柵は、外枠工事・基礎工事・撒き砂利のうえ納骨室も設置済みです。当家の文字は彫刻ではなく表札ですので容易に取り換えられ、あとは墓石を建てるのみでご使用になれます。千葉県松戸市に住んでいたころ購入しましたが、その後結婚して転居を重ね、今年になって関東圏を離れてしまいました。そこで、墓地を管理しておられるお寺の許可をいただき、どなたかに譲渡する決心をいたしました。3㎡の墓地の購入費は現在24万円で、40年前の2倍に上がっています。外柵等の費用は現在70万円余りで、当時は50~60万円だったと思います。管理されているお寺は保育園も併設しておられますので、経営基盤は安定しています。1年間の管理費は4,300円で、令和6(2024)年分は支払済みです。お墓参りが可能な距離にお住まいの方が良いかと思います。近年は墓不足で、永代使用が可能な寺所有の墓地は高騰していますが、かなり前に購入した墓地なので格安でお譲り致します。未使用のまま古くなってしまいましたので、外柵のクリーニングは必要かもしれません。
