My family's house (main house, annex, and storehouse) has been vacant for the past three years. Wakasa Town is rich in tourist attractions and rural landscapes such as Mikatagoko, Kumagawa-juku on the Saba Kaido, and Uriwari, and is easily accessible to the neighboring cities of Obama and Oi. It is also about 1.1 km from Kaminaka Station. It is located along the Saba Kaido (old road) about 30 minutes from Tsuruga Station on the Hokuriku Shinkansen Kanazawa-Tsuruga section, which will open on March 16, 2024, via the Wakasa Expressway (Kaminaka IC). Since it stands apart from the neighboring houses, it is located in a place with good views in all directions, and there is a moss-covered garden on the north side of the main house, from which you can see the rural landscape and the surrounding mountains. The main house was built in 1910 by my great-grandfather, a dedicated farmer, and was protected by my mother, his granddaughter, for 90 years until she passed away. The main house is a two-story wooden structure with a tiled roof, but the mezzanine floor is a study/tea room where my great-grandfather practiced calligraphy and the tea ceremony, and the roof tiles have been replaced (San3年前から、実家(母屋、離れ、および蔵)が空き家になっています。若狭町は、三方五胡を始めとして、鯖街道の熊川宿、瓜割等の観光地や田園風景が豊富で、近隣の小浜市やおおい町へのアクセスも容易です。また、上中駅からは約1.1kmの場所にあります。2024年3月16日開業の北陸新幹線金沢-敦賀区間の敦賀駅から若狭自動車道(上中IC)経由で約30分の鯖街道(旧街道)沿いにあります。隣家とは、離れて立っているため、四方八方の眺望の良い場所に立地し、母屋の北側には苔の生えた庭があり、田園風景と周囲の山々が眺められます。母屋は、篤農家の曾祖父が明治43年に建てたもので、その孫娘である母が他界するまで90年間守ってきたものです。また、母屋は、木造2階瓦葺ですが、中2階には曾祖父が書や茶道をたしなんでいたため書斎兼茶室があり、瓦の葺き替え(三州瓦)、水回り、サッシ、一部押入れ等のリフォーム済みです。離れは、昭和62年に納屋を建て替えたもので、2017年に帰省のために別荘・サテライトオフィス用として水回り、サッシ、内壁、外壁、一部押入れ、電気・TV配線設備、光回線引き込み設備・LAN配線設備等をリフォームしたものです。また、蔵は、昭和56年に建て替えたもので、土蔵2階建で大きな保管スペースとともに、1階には漬物の保存スペースがあります。離れの2階の南側の板の間(15畳)は、造作はしてありませんが、2階用のトイレは配管済みであり、新しい部屋とトイレの増設をすることが可能です。さらに、畑(263㎡)も利用可能です。曾祖父の思い入れのある古民家をレストラン、カフェ、宿泊等の事業に活用し、離れを住居にされるといった母屋、離れ、蔵をすべて活用してくださる買い手を探しています。若狭町の熊川宿や井ノ口には、古民家や古い蔵等を活用したシェアハウス、カフェ、宿泊設備があります。また、おおい町の佐分利地区には、築230年の古民家を移築・活用したカフェ&レストランもあります。母屋、蔵の家具や所蔵物はほぼ撤去済みであり、離れはすぐにでも居住できる状態(最新住宅設備機器を設置)であり、冷蔵庫、液晶テレビ等の附属家具も現状渡しをしたいと考えています。なお、母屋のキッチンパネルは張替えが必要です。周辺情報:三方五胡(レインボーライン) http://www.mikatagoko.com/ 熊川宿 https://ku
