Properties in Japan

A bit rural, but a two-family house has appeared. The first floor is designed for the elderly. I believe this is the first time we have covered this property. "A complete two-family house." Complete means there are two entrances, two kitchens, and two bathrooms. You can live completely separately. On the other hand, there is an indoor staircase, so you can also move around inside the house. There are many areas in Izu that are designated as such. In this case, the slope of the small mountain to the south is steep and designated as a warning area, but this slope also brings another disadvantage: sunlight. Judging by the moss on the second-floor balcony, I think we can't expect much sunlight in winter. There is a beautiful irrigation canal flowing in front, creating a very nice atmosphere, but winters seem harsh. For those who thought, "The onsen hospital is nearby...", I apologize. The hospital is about 5 km to the west, so it becomes a bit far. There is a walkway along the embankment of the nearby Omi River, and across the river, there is the Izu City public pool. For those in the latちょっと田舎ですが、二世帯住宅登場。１階はお年寄り仕様です。

弊社では初めて取材させていただいたと思います。
「完全な二世帯住宅」です。
完全とは、玄関も２つ。キッチンも２つ。風呂も２つ。完全に別の生活ができます。
一方で、命の階段が室内階段がありますので、家の中で行き来することもできます。

伊豆にはこの指定がされている地域は多いです。こ物件の場合、南側にある小山の傾斜が大きく、警戒区域に指定されているのですが、その傾斜のおかげでもう一つデメリットがあります。それは、日差しです。二階のベランダのコケを見る限り、冬の日差しはあまり期待できないのではないかと思います。
目の前にはきれいな用水が流れていて、非常に雰囲気が良いのですが、冬が厳しそうです。

地図上で、「温泉病院が近いし、、、」と思われた方、ごめんなさい。病院は約５ｋｍ西に移動しますので、ちょっと遠くなってしまいます。

近くを流れる大見川の堤防には歩道が整備されており、川向うには伊豆市の市営プールもあります。　人生後半の方には、ウォーキングやスイミング、もしくは、水中ウォーキングなど健康維持にはいい場所ですよ。
１階にご両親を、そして若夫婦は二階で、、、
こんな二世帯住宅が登場です。
そうそう、鉄骨階段や、外壁など少し手を入れたくなる箇所があります。
