茶室に入るまでのストーリーを考えて作られており、待合室から敷石の庭を通り「にじりぐち」へと繋がっています。
敷居滑りには竹を使ったり、玄関上がっていきなり畳敷の玄関と本格的な和風の家をお探しの方にはオススメです。
歴史
現オーナーは今から約7年ほど前に本物件を購入しました。
夫婦二人だけで営業できるサイズの店舗兼住宅を探しており、広々としたキッチンが決め手になったとのことです。
現在も『茶寮岡部』として営業を行っている現役の店舗兼住宅です。
