The view of Mt. Fuji from the deck is lovely. However, please be cautious as this resort area is quite obscure. Initially developed during the bubble economy, it was well-managed by a management company. However, the management company later went bankrupt, and now the residents' association maintains the area with minimal management. Currently, there is no garbage collection service, and residents must take their trash to the disposal site themselves. The water supply is managed by a well within the resort area, overseen by the residents. The pavement condition is not very good, and repairs are only made occasionally to large holes with surplus management fees. After reading this, many may think, 'Maybe I should reconsider.' However, I like this resort area. The residents' association has begun reforming and improving, making steady progress. Our company supports these efforts, and garbage collection is one of the improvement themes being considered. This is a 'self-managed' resort area, unlike those managed by a management company. It is a minor resort area operated by a small residents' association of about 30 households, so cooperation among residents is富士見デッキが素敵。でも別荘地は超マイナーなので要注意ですよ。

バブル期に開発された当初は、管理会社がしっかりと管理していました。しかし、その後に管理会社が破綻し、現在は自治会が最小限の管理を行いながら維持している別荘地です。
現在、ゴミの回収サービスはなく、住人は各自でゴミ処理場へ持ち込んでいます。水道は別荘地内の井戸を住人が自主管理しています。舗装状態もあまり良くなく、余剰の管理費で大きな穴を時折補修する程度にとどまっています。
ここまで読むと「やめておこうかな」と思われる方も多いかもしれません。しかし、私はこの別荘地が好きです。現在、自治会が改革・改善に取り組み始めており、着実に前進しています。弊社もその取り組みを応援しており、ゴミ回収も改善テーマの一つとして検討されています。
管理会社による管理とは異なる“自主管理”の別荘地です。約30世帯という小規模な自治会で運営しているマイナーな別荘地のため、住人の協力が欠かせない環境でもあります。

外壁は数年前に塗装しています。外壁つなぎ目のコーキングは弾性が保たれ非常に良い状態です。　家の後ろにある屋根付きウッドデッキ（富士見デッキ）は屋根があることが幸いしてか、こちらの状態も良好です。勿論、雨水に濡れる端の方は腐食もありますので、現地でご確認ください。
そうそう、リビングに入って「あれっ？」と感じたのが床の歪みです。傾きと言ってもいいかも知れません。中古住宅ですので、若干の傾きはどんな家でもあるものです。この家の場合、リビングの中心部分が盛り上がっているように感じました。ちなみにオーナーは長年全く気付いていなかったということですが、、、。
