Limited to one group per day, the hot spring inn "Yumehana" has ended its long years of operation and is now for sale. It offers a breathtaking view of the sea. There is no other property in my real estate history that offers such a stunning view of the ocean. Not only can you see the vast sea, but directly in front is Oshima, and if you look south, you can see Toshima and Niijima, among the Izu Seven Islands. Occasionally, you might even spot a pod of dolphins. The parking area and garden have been left mostly untouched, allowing nature to take over, which is a shame. The approximately 500 tsubo (about 1,650 square meters) of land is almost completely flat. This inn is finished using a wealth of old materials collected from across the country by Master Kato, who is dedicated to preserving traditional Japanese architecture, including sukiya, tea rooms, inns, and shrines. The relationship began when the current owner's parents commissioned him to build a tea room, leading to the construction of this inn. The height difference between the entrance and the hall is about 1 cm. There are no steps from the room to the toilet or the hot spr１日１組限定　かけ流し温泉の宿　”夢花”が永年の営業を終え、売りに出ました。海の絶景あり。

これほど海がドカンと見える物件は私の不動産の歴史において他にありません。単なる大海だけでなく、正面に大島、目を南に向けると利島、新島など伊豆七島を望むことができます。ごくごく稀にイルカの群れも姿を現すことがあります。
駐車場部分や庭はほとんど手が回らずに自然に任せていますが、もったいないですね。約５００坪の敷地はほぼほぼ平坦です。

数寄屋、茶室、旅館、社寺など日本の伝統建築を継承することにこだわりぬいた加藤棟梁が全国から集めた古材をふんだんに使って仕上げた宿です。現オーナーのご両親のお茶室を建築を依頼したことをきっかけに関係が続き、この宿の建築に至りました。

玄関かとホールの高低差は約１ｃｍ。部屋からトイレ、温泉風呂まで段差なし。これほどバリアフリーに徹底した宿は他にはないかと思います。

片瀬白田の街中からここまで温泉を引いています。夢花とそのお隣りの宿の２軒分が送られてきます。温度は高く、湯舟に入る温泉の量のコントロールすることで湯舟の温泉温度を調整しています。温泉量が多すぎると熱くなってしまいますし、その逆だとぬるくなります。これ、結構シビアだとオーナーは言っていました。万が一、源泉温度が低くなってしまったときのために、温泉加熱器も備わっています。

これ、結構厳しいです。隣地や道路の敷地から建物は５ｍ以上離す必要があったり、建ぺい率も10％～20％と非常に厳しいです。
今の宿を利用するのでなく、解体して数区画に分けるとか、家を２件以上建てるなどはかなり難しいのでご注意ください。
