A resort condominium close to the sea is now available. How about a beach trip? Recommended points from the seller: - The area around the condominium is flat - The large public bath is bright and has hot springs (easy access as it is on the 2nd floor) - There is a coin laundry - Close to the sea/station/supermarket (also convenience stores and a water park) - There is a simple shower for beach use at the back entrance of the condominium - The entrance door is new and secure - Many hospitals, fish shops, and restaurants nearby - Jogging can be done along the coast and riverside - Many golf courses and fishing spots, suitable for resort use - Karaoke shops are within walking distance - A welfare center is nearby. Taking the elevator to the large public bath can be surprisingly inconvenient. This property is conveniently located close to the external stairs leading to the large public bath. After swimming in the sea, there is a simple shower at the back entrance of the condominium, allowing for a quick rinse before heading to the room on the 2nd floor! ~Below is Yuki's report~ This is a resort condominium near the sea. 大浴場へ行くのにエレベーターに乗るのは意外と面倒なんです。本物件は大浴場に近い外階段に近接しているのでかなり便利なんですよ。
海で泳いだあともマンション裏口に簡易シャワーがあり、サッとシャワーを浴びて2階のお部屋まではすぐですね！

海の近くのリゾートマンションです。
海は確かに近いですが、2階のため海は全く見えません。
海を眺めるのではなく、海を楽しむ（海水浴）目的の方であればこの立地を楽しめると思います。
日貸しの駐車場もありますが、やはり夏の繁忙期は満車になるようなのでご注意ください。
