A 1LDK on the 7th floor of Spring Heights with a large hot spring bath! Overlooking the ocean in the distance.
This is a resort condominium located in Binzan, Ito City, a town famous for its hot springs.
Although it is called a resort condominium, judging from the parking lot, it seems that the number of permanent residents is increasing.
Going a little further, I saw many nursing care vehicles (day service shuttles), so I wonder if it has become like a nursing home?
No bath
There is no bathtub in the room, but there is a shower.
This is because there is a large hot spring bath facility that is open 24 hours a day except during cleaning.
It literally draws hot spring water from Binzan.
Renovated
This is an old apartment building that is nearly 50 years old.
Most of the rooms are 2DK with Japanese-style rooms, but this room has been transformed into a modern 1LDK by removing walls and replacing the flooring.
Permanent residents are prohibited from keeping pets
Resort owners are allowed to bring in up to one small dog or cat. Pets must be moved around in a carrier in the common areas, and walking pets on the premises is prohibited.
Sunshine only in the morning
This room is oriented 温泉大浴場付き、スプリングハイツの7階1LDK！海を遠望します。
伊東市瓶山という温泉が有名な街にあるリゾートマンションです。
リゾートマンションと言いながらも駐車場を見るに定住者が増えてきているようにも感じます。
もう少し踏み込むと、介護車（デイサービスの送迎）を何台見かけたので老人ホームみたいになってしまっているのかな？
風呂なし
お部屋に浴槽はありませんがシャワーはあります。
これは清掃時以外は24時間入り放題な温泉大浴場施設があるためこのような作りとなっています。
文字通り瓶山の温泉を引いています。
リフォーム済み
築50年近い古いマンションです。
殆どのお部屋は和室付の2DKですが、この部屋は壁を抜いたり、フローリングに張り替えたりと現代チックな1LDKへと変身しています。
定住者はペット飼育禁止
リゾートオーナーは、小型犬、猫など１匹までの連れ込みは可能です。共用部ではキャリーケース等に入れての移動となり、敷地内でのペットの散歩は禁止です。
午前のみの日当たり
陽当りではなく、眺望（海側）を重視した方角のお部屋です。
陽当りは午前10時まで。但し眺望は陽が落ちるまで続きます。
