・建物は大正１５年建築の木造瓦葺き平屋建ての母屋、２階建て土蔵39.74㎡、鉄骨造平屋建て倉庫25.5㎡と２階建ての離れ55.76㎡の4棟が敷地内にあります。
・建物外部では、瓦屋根は葺き直しされきれいな状態ですが、室内のＤＫ付近の天井が抜け落ちて仮補修されています。床面も一部で傷みがありそうです。
・玄関は北側の旧道側にあり、車は通行できないため、生活の出入口としては南側の車道側の勝手口を使われています。
