A yellow building located within a villa/vacation-home area in Iwamura Town, Ena City. The exterior was recently repainted.

- No active roof leaks are observed in the building itself, but there are water stains around the window (sash) frames. The floors are generally soft/springy, and the first-floor Japanese-style room has partially collapsed flooring due to termite damage.
- A bathtub and toilet bowl are installed, but other fixtures such as the washbasin, kitchen sink and boiler have been removed. Major work will be required to reinstall housing fixtures and repair the interior.
