In 2013, I purchased this land (part of a resort area) with the intention of eventually residing here. It has been a long time since the Tokai Earthquake was mentioned, and I was considering building a greenhouse to cultivate herbs as a refuge during disasters. However, I determined that it was not suitable for cultivation due to the late sunrise and early sunset in winter, and ultimately decided against it. The property can secure a water supply even during disasters, and fuel can be provided by regular propane gas, with the ability to cook using firewood in emergencies, making it suitable for several months of evacuation living. There are five structures on the property, including a trailer house (Coachmen), a carport, a JR container, and other container houses and storage sheds, with electricity, water supply (jointly sourced from a stream), and a septic tank already installed. The trailer house has deteriorated significantly due to long-term storage after purchase, and is essentially unusable. The property photos were taken during site maintenance last December. Additionally, the log house and the autumn foliage trees in the photos belong to the neighboring house.

【Property Ov平成25年に将来は定住するつもりで土地（別荘地の一角）を購入しました。東海大地震を言われて久しく、震災時の避難先も兼ね、温室を建ててハーブ栽培をしたいと考えていましたが、特に冬の日の出が遅く、日の入りは早いため栽培には適さないと判断し、最終的にとりやめました。敷地では災害時にも水の供給が確保でき、燃料も通常プロパンガス、非常時にも薪で煮炊きができるため、数カ月の避難生活にも対応できます。敷地にトレーラーハウス（コーチメン）、カーポート、JRコンテナ、その他コンテナハウスや物置など5棟あり、電気、上水（沢から共同で取水した水道）、浄化槽設置済みです。トレーラーハウスは知識不足で購入後長期保管したため、利用できないまま実質は崩壊しています。物件写真は昨年12月に敷地整備を行った際のものです。また写真の中のログハウスと紅葉の樹木は隣家のものです。
