This property was acquired through inheritance but has hardly been used. It is the land and building of my family home obtained through inheritance in the 5th year of Reiwa. It consists of two adjacent residential lots purchased by my father in the 2nd year of Heisei, with some space available for a home garden. The building appears to have been constructed in 1970 and has undergone several extensions and minor renovations. I believe that a house deteriorates if not lived in, but since I live far away and have no plans to return to Bungotakada City, I am considering passing it on to someone who can manage and cherish it while living there.

The photos were taken during my visit to the site in June 2024. The Buddhist altar is still in place, but I plan to remove it if a prospective buyer appears. There are many remaining items that give a sense of life, but I would like to pass it on to someone who can accept it as is. I will also include a functioning air conditioner.

The building is unregistered, but it has been extended, and the layout is a single-story 5DK. There is one Western-style room and four Japanese-style rooms. I purchased this land with an old house after hearing that the heir, who lives far away due to inheritance, is having trouble disposing of it. It consists of a residential building with a workshop on the first floor and a warehouse across the street. I considered demolishing it to sell the land or renovating it to rent it out, but since it has been left untouched, I will sell it as is.

I think it can be used for various purposes such as a DIY enthusiast, an old folk house café, or a boxing gym. Although it is in an urbanization control area, it can be rebuilt if a construction confirmation application is submitted. It is easily accessible to the Nikko Highway, has public sewage, is on a corner lot, and is in a quiet residential area.
