This land was purchased for setting up a camper or trailer house, but due to a change in plans, it is now for sale. The current state is a forested area that is generally flat.

Access is available via a national land area between the front field and the private road. The surrounding area is a resort with good access to ski resorts, and since it is slightly set back from the main road, there is no noise from cars. There are standing trees and fallen trees, and there is only one boundary stone, but we hope to find someone who can take it as is without surveying. アクセスは、前面の畑との間にある国有地が私道までつながっています。近隣はリゾート地でスキー場へのアクセスも良いし、メインロードから少し入っているので、車の騒音もありません。立ち木や倒木もあり、境界石も1か所しか入っておりませんが、測量なしの現状で引き取っていただける方を希望します。近隣は接道があれば坪あたり20から30万円の価格がついておりますが、接道なしということで下記価格で売却します。

冬は木の間から羊蹄山がよく見えます。雪が多いので冬場の除雪は大変かと思います。接道がないので建物の建築は不可です。公共水道もいまのところ接続はできませんが、近隣の宅地化がすすめば国有地が町道に移管され、接道要件や水道管の接続も可能になると思われます。

ライフラインについて、上下水道はなしで、電気は北電に契約すれば引き込みは可能かと思います。ガスはプロパンガスで、国有地の先の私道については建物が建ったときのみ、沿道の各オーナーに対し年間10万円程度の冬季の道路除雪費用の請求がありますが、倶知安町から30%程度の補助金による割り戻しがあります。そのほかの負担金はありません。
