This land is located in the center of the island, slightly set back from the city center, in the middle of a field. It is just a few minutes by car to the famous Sunayama Beach and about 10 minutes to the Miyakojima City Hall. The land is approximately 535 tsubo (1,766㎡) and is slightly elevated, allowing for a view over the sugarcane fields with a gentle breeze passing through.

I purchased this as a future vacation home site, but due to family circumstances, I can no longer visit Miyakojima. The surrounding area is farmland, but the current state is wilderness. I have also declined the farmland improvement project, so residential construction is possible (confirmed by the Miyakojima City Urban Planning Division).

Since more than 10 years have passed since the property purchase, I would like it to be utilized by someone who wants to live in Miyakojima while enjoying a vacation home or farming.

There is no rush on timing, but I will proceed with the paperwork immediately if there is a buyer. I want to prioritize those who will utilize it. The land is ample at 500 tsubo, but due to its somewhat irregular shape, I will sell it at a lower price. It is well-stone-walled, and I believ島の中央、市街地から少し入った畑の真ん中の土地です。有名な砂山ビーチまで車数分、宮古島市役所も10分の場所です。約535坪（1,766㎡）の土地。少しだけ高台になっていて、ウージ畑（さとうきび畑）を見下ろすことができ優しい風が通り抜けます。

将来の別荘予定地として購入しましたが、家族の事情で宮古島へなかなか行くことが出来なくなりました。周辺は畑ですが、現況は原野。ほ場整備事業も辞退しているので、住宅建築は可能です。（宮古島市都市計画課確認済み）

物件購入から10年以上経過したので、別荘地や農業をしながら宮古島の生活を送りたい方にぜひ利用してもらいたいです。

時期は急いでいませんが、買い手がいればすぐに手続きします。利用していただける方を優先したいです。土地は500坪と十分ですが、やや不正形のため、お安く譲ります。しっかりと石積みされていて、眺めも良いと思います。
