This is an old folk house that belonged to my father's family (near Suda Port). The building, constructed in 1933, was inherited by the eldest daughter from her biological father, but she has decided to give up maintaining it as it will not be used anymore. There is a two-story main house with a dirt floor at the entrance and a detached house on the seaside, which has high ceilings. However, the exterior walls and tile roof are quite damaged, and renovations are necessary for use. Nevertheless, it has a significant retro feel, and the Seto Inland Sea is right in front of it. Many old furniture and household items remain, and we hope to find someone who will take them as they are.

The state from the early Showa period has been preserved. It is right in front of the Seto Inland Sea, and depending on how it is used, there are no obstructions to view the sea. It cannot be used as is, so a full renovation or rebuilding is necessary. It will be handed over in its current condition.
