Properties in Japan

Purchased on June 24, 2011. I moved in March 2023 after buying a new apartment. Some large appliances and furniture are still left, and I am in the process of tidying up. Electricity and water are connected. You can move in immediately after the procedures, but I am not in a hurry. Regarding access, the nearest station is Kawasaki Station (JR Keihin-Tohoku, Tokaido Line, Nambu Line) - a 15-minute bus ride (buses every 2-5 minutes during commuting hours) with a 5-minute walk from the bus stop at Rinko Police Station. Kawasaki Daishi Station (Keikyu Daishi Line) is a 22-minute walk. For life information, there are two convenience stores nearby, within a 5-minute walk. Costco is also a 5-minute walk away. Regarding the building, the layout is 2DK, which is sufficient for a family of 2-3 people, and there are no obstructive beams typical of apartments. The storage in the Japanese-style room that serves as the living room has a depth equivalent to a closet. It is on the top floor of a 5-story building, and the balcony faces east. The kitchen and living room are on the veranda side, allowing plenty of sunlight and good ventilation. In front of the veranda is a parking lot with no buildin平成23年6月24日に購入しました。新しくマンションを購入したので令和5年3月に転居しました。まだ大型家電家具が少し残っており片付け中です。電気と水道は通っています。手続き後すぐに入居できますがこちらは急いでおりません。

アクセスに関して、利用駅は【川崎駅】JR京浜東北・東海道線・南武線（※バスで15分（通勤時間帯の本数は2～5分おき）バス停：臨港警察署前下車徒歩5分、【川崎大師駅】京急大師線　徒歩22分です。ライフインフォメーションについて、コンビニが近隣に2件あり、徒歩5分です。コストコが徒歩5分の位置にあります。

建物に関して、間取りは2DKなので家族2～3人でしたら十分な広さです、マンション特有の邪魔になる梁がありません。リビングとなる和室の収納は奥行きが押し入れサイズです。5階建ての最上階でバルコニーは東向きです。キッチンとリビングはベランダ側で太陽光が十分に入り、風通しも良好です。ベランダ前は駐車場になっており建物がなく、開放感があります。建設は昭和44年11月と古いので、リフォーム・リノベーションがオススメです。部屋位置は5階ですがエレベーターがありません。1部屋のみ、片側しか窓が開かない部屋があります（リビング・キッチンは開きます）。洗面台の排水が悪いです。業者に見てもらいましたが直らず、共有部分の問題かもしれないとの事です。

その他の情報：土地名義がA棟B棟合わせてのものになります。ＡＢ棟の間に駐車場があり、そちらは別名義になります。
