My grandfather purchased this land (currently under my mother's name), and it has not been used for a long time. Regular grass cutting is performed. Since it is slightly elevated, you can view Beppu Bay from the east side. Additionally, it is conveniently located just a 6-minute drive from the station.

The neighboring bamboo grove has been left unattended, and bamboo is growing. The road in front is designated as a road position according to Article 42, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of the Building Standards Act, but since it is under a personal name, you may need to obtain permission for passage. There are no boundary stakes on-site, but there is a land survey map available.
