Properties in Japan

For outdoor enthusiasts, land facing the sea is quite rare, which is why I purchased it a few years ago. Currently, I occasionally enjoy barbecues and camping myself, and during the times I don't use it, I rent it out to others for a fee in exchange for them enjoying the space.

I thought I might be willing to sell it for about 1 million yen per tsubo to someone who can properly follow the local rules. The timing is flexible, but I think it would be ideal to coincide with the end of contracts for others who are renting for short periods of a few months.

As you can see when you visit the site, the land faces a beautiful cobalt blue sea, and most people are amazed by the stunning view. I believe this is a rare property that doesn't often come onto the general market.

Currently, there is no infrastructure at all, and it is in an area designated for urbanization control. With some exceptions, permanent buildings cannot be constructed, so creative use is necessary. Camping, car camping, and trailer houses are allowed, and as exceptions, residences for local agricultural and fishing workers, clinics, and facilities for the elderly seem to be acceptable (confirmation with the municipaliアウトドア好きで、海に面したロケーションの土地はなかなか珍しいこともあり数年前に購入しました。現在は、たまに自分でバーベキューやキャンプを楽しんだり、自分が使わない短期間を他人に有償でお貸しして代わりに遊んでもらっている状況です。

地域のルールをきちんと守って頂ける方になら、坪10万円程度でお譲りしてもいいかなと思いました。時期はいつでも良いのですが、数か月単位で短期間借りられている他の方の契約がちょうど切れる時期が区切りが良いのではないかと思っています。

現地を見られると分かりますが、土地がコバルトブルーの綺麗な海に面しており、大体みなさん絶景にびっくりされます。立地的にはなかなか一般の市場では出てこないレア物件だと思われます。

現状インフラが全くなく市街化調整区域です。一部の例外を除いて、常設の建物は建てられないので利用に工夫が必要です。キャンプ、車中泊やトレーラーハウス設置、建物では例外として地元農業漁業従事者の住宅、診療所、高齢者向け施設などは大丈夫な様です。（自治体に確認が必要です）
