Description

[Rent has been changed] A compact three-story terrace house with each room neatly arranged. The kitchen, in particular, is perfectly sized for one person to move around comfortably. Why not start an experiment in living with this small yet sufficient kitchen at the center? The entrance is a bit unique, with the front door located on the second floor after climbing an external staircase. The LDK is 16 tatami mats, but due to the slightly irregular layout, you'll need to be creative with furniture placement and sizing. It sounds fun to create a space while trying out different arrangements. The kitchen features a custom design with some tiled areas, giving it a charming and cozy feel. Whether you're baking pastries, making bread, or preparing homemade jam, the time spent cooking more elaborate dishes is likely to become more enjoyable. There are two IH cooking burners, so please note that it is not a gas stove. In the evenings, you can whip up simple snacks and nibble at the kitchen counter, letting time flow leisurely with a glass of wine in hand. The third floor has three Western-style rooms. The 7-tatami room has three sides of windows for great sunlight, and stepping out onto the【賃料変更しました】

Settling in Japan

Japan is an enticing destination for those looking to immigrate and start a new life. It is a country that seamlessly blends rich tradition with cutting-edge modernity. One of the key factors that make Japan so attractive to prospective immigrants is the housing availability. While Japan's bustling metropolises like Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto offer a wide range of housing options, from modern apartments to traditional machiya, the country also faces a unique issue: a surplus of vacant houses, especially in rural areas. This provides an intriguing opportunity for immigrants to potentially acquire properties at reasonable prices, often at a fraction of what one might pay in major cities.

Japan's real estate market is diverse and can cater to various budgets. While cities like Tokyo tend to be on the higher end of the spectrum, there are still affordable options to be found in the suburbs and smaller towns. This inclusivity in housing costs allows immigrants to select a location that suits their financial circumstances.
