It's a hot spring inn
It faces the river
Please see the drone aerial view on Youtube. There is no other person's land between the river and the river. I think this is interesting. It seems that the current inn does not have a service that takes advantage of the relationship with this river, but I feel that depending on the idea, it can be an interesting gimmick.
Old VS Renovation Interesting
It has three floors.
The face of the inn (around the front desk from the entrance) is nice. However, the guest rooms and passages on the second and third floors fully feel old. On the third floor, you can feel the slope of the aisle (please check on site).
On the other hand, the restaurant on the first floor has been renovated and has an attractive space. There are several private rooms for small groups.
The bath 、、、、 hot spring, but the temperature does not seem to be very high, so it seems that it needs to be reheated in a boiler. It is said that it is shared from the inn next door, but according to the owner, the cost is a fixed amount of 30,000 yen per month.
It seems a little unreasonable to operate as it is in the current form of the inn. I think it is necessary to operate with a new con温泉旅館だよ
川に面しています
Youtubeにてドローン空撮をご覧ください。川との間に他人の土地はありません。これ、面白いと思います。現在の宿はこの川との関係を利用したサービスはないようですが、アイデア次第では面白い仕掛けができるような気がします。
古いです VS リフォーム面白いです
3階建てです。
旅館の顔の部分(入口からフロント周り)はいい感じです。がしかし、2階、3階の客室や通路は古さを十分に感じます。3階に至っては通路に傾きも感じます(現場でご確認ください)
その一方で1階のお食事処はリフォームされて魅力的な空間が広がっています。ちょっとした小グループの個室が数か所あります。
風呂、、、、温泉ですが、その温度はあまり高く無いようでボイラーで再加熱する必要がありそうです。お隣の宿から分けてもらっているとのことですが、費用はオーナーによると月額3万円の定額とのこと。
現在の宿の形でそのまま営業するのは少し無理がありそうです。ハード的にもソフト的にもひと工夫した新たなコンセプトでの運営が必要なように思います。
屋内温泉風呂、露天風呂、プール、中庭などネタはあります。あとは、どうやって磨くかにかかっている物件かなと思います。
