Currently, it is not a private lodging with a limited number of operating days, but can be operated 365 days a year. Of course, it can also be used simply as a residence. There is also long-term rental demand due to demolition and construction of temporary housing. It is an old house built about 80 years ago. It is a traditional Nakanoto house in a district that prospered from fishing. The beauty of the beams and ceilings smoked with soot from the hearth would take a tremendous amount of time and effort to get a new one.
