There are walls that have never been replaced, traces of past water leaks, and a significant tilt in the house. We have rolled marbles to visually feel the degree of inclination. A brief description of the property: There is no parking, but the road in front is at the end of a resort area road. There are no houses around, and since there are no other houses using this road, it has been said that there have been no issues with street parking. 一度も張り替えていないクロスや、過去の雨漏りの跡、さらにはかなり大きな家の傾きがあります。

基礎を持ち上げて水平に戻すのは厳しそうですので現状のままでご利用いただくか、床の張替えで高さを調整するのが現実的と思われます。
物件を簡単に説明
駐車場はありませんが、前面道路は別荘地道路のどんつきです。
周りに家もなく、この道路を利用しているお家も他には無いため今までも路駐で問題無いとのことでした。
私も現地で確認しましたがこの場所で問題ないと思います。
立地
韮山駅から伊豆スカイライン方面へ車で20分程走った山の上の（山中の？）別荘地です。
メイン道路から中に入るので車通りも少なく静かな別荘地の印象を受けました。
歩いて3分の場所に「別荘地ー韮山駅間」の無料バスも出ています。
1日3便しかありませんが、将来的に車を手放しても生活のできる別荘地です。
