There it is, the first row of Zushi Beach. There are new apartments, but there are also many built in the good old days of the bubble era. Among them, the apartment "Zushi Seaside Heights" has a particularly retro feel and is my favorite. First of all, I really like the look from the sea side. And the entrance side is also very sophisticated. The sophisticated color of the tiles and the atmosphere of the hallway are irresistible. I thought it was a nice retro feel, but when I opened the front door, the sea was right in front of me! What's more, the interior has been beautifully renovated. So, if you just look at the photos, you can get a good idea of how good it is. It's hard to hang out laundry by the sea, so there's a bathroom dryer. What a thoughtful touch! And above all, the garden is the best. If you live right next to 134, you'll be bothered by the people passing by, and the traffic is heavy, so you'll be bothered by the noise. But here, not only are there double-glazed windows, but there's also a garden, so you can put a cushion between you and the noise, and you can even see the sea from the garden! This is a great point that other apartments don't have. I'm sure a lot of 出ましたよ、逗子海岸1列目。

The white walls and orange roof tiles stand out against the blue sky. Even after 27 years, it doesn't feel dated at all. Rather, the aging of the stone pavement, potted plants, street lamps, and apartment signboards give it a tasteful vintage atmosphere.

Is spring on its way? The sun is warm, the fresh breeze is blowing, and the plum blossoms are starting to bloom. Today, a Japanese white-eye came to play on the plum tree, which is the symbol of the house. The wide wooden deck that stretches from the living room faces directly south, so the sun shines brightly. The view is open and spacious because it is on a hill.

Although it is a fisherman's town, it has a marina and a West Coast-like atmosphere, and is very popular as a "shining town" in Zushi City. I don't take pictures like the young girls, but I often go out to eat fresh seafood.

Japan is an enticing destination for those looking to immigrate and start a new life. It is a country that seamlessly blends rich tradition with cutting-edge modernity. One of the key factors that make Japan so attractive to prospective immigrants is the housing availability. While Japan's bustling metropolises like Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto offer a wide range of housing options, from modern apartments to traditional machiya, the country also faces a unique issue: a surplus of vacant houses, especially in rural areas. This provides an intriguing opportunity for immigrants to potentially acquire properties at reasonable prices, often at a fraction of what one might pay in major cities.
Japan's real estate market is diverse and can cater to various budgets. While cities like Tokyo tend to be on the higher end of the spectrum, there are still affordable options to be found in the suburbs and smaller towns. This inclusivity in housing costs allows immigrants to select a location that suits their financial circumstances.
AllAkiyas.com puts at your disposition thousands of Japanese real estate listings of properties available for sale or rent. Our extensive listings include detached houses, townhouses, apartments, commercial spaces, and vacant lots. We place a special focus on traditional vacant houses, known as akiya (or kominka in rural areas), and traditional townhouses, or machiya. You can easily search for properties across all of Japan's prefectures using your specific criteria.
