This house is located almost in the center of a pentagonal island right next to the fishing port of Manase. Built in 1980, it is full of the rich lifestyle of the time. It is bubbling rich in a good way, and the richness has been enhanced over the years, giving it a nostalgic feel. When you enter the entrance, there are four steps between the entrance and the living room, and you are looking down on the living room. It is a space that feels somewhat like a lounge. The gas stove in the kitchen has been replaced with a new one, and the toilet on the first floor has also been replaced. The grounds are paved with bricks, so it is easy to take care of the garden. You don't have to worry about renting it as a second home, but then coming here in the summer and being annoyed by the overgrown grass. Pets are also allowed, and there is parking space for two small cars. You can often see fishermen on this hexagonal island. The fishing spot is about 150m away, and the sandy beach is a 3-minute walk away. You can enjoy the sea to the fullest. All the Western-style rooms are carpeted, which真名瀬の漁港すぐ脇の５角形に張り出した島のほぼ中央にこのお家はございます。１９８０年に建てられ、当時のリッチな暮らしがムンムンしている造り。いい意味でバブリッチ、年月を経てリッチさに味わいが加わりノスタルジーすら感じさせます。玄関を入ると玄関とリビングの間には4段分の階段があり、リビングをやや見下ろす形になっています。なんとなくラウンジっぽい空間。キッチンのガスコンロは新しく交換しており、１階トイレも新しくしてくださっております。敷地内はレンガを敷き詰めてありますので、お庭の手入れも気が楽ですね、セカンドで借りたはいいけど、いざ夏場に来てみたら草ボーボーで嫌になっちゃうなんてこともありません。ペットも相談、駐車場は小さい車なら2台置けますよ。この６角形の島では釣り人をよく見かけます。釣りポイントまで約150m砂浜までも徒歩３分。海満喫できちゃいますねー。居住用はもちろん、セカンドハウス、SOHOでもご相談できるそうです。洋室は全部カーペットなんですが、それもまたノスタルジックでいいかも。

The view is open and spacious because it is on a hill.春はそこまで来てるかな？陽だまりは温かく、爽やかな風が吹き、梅の花が咲き始めてるね。シンボルツリーの梅に、今日はメジロが遊びに来ていました。リビングから広く伸びたウッドデッキは真南に向いているので太陽サンサン。高台なので抜け感のある眺望。

Built in 1930, this stately one-story house is a traditional commercial building, a 10-minute walk from Zushi Station. It is a large one-story house measuring 152m² on a spacious site of 440m².昭和5年築の風格ある平屋、事業用の古民家、逗子駅より徒歩10分。約136坪の広ーい敷地になんと約47坪もの大きな平屋が配置されています。
