I inherited the land as it is. The land use is forest and farmland, but both are modest. The farmland is as it is now, in accordance with the wishes of the neighbors who wanted to cultivate it. The reason I decided to sell this time is that, as a pensioner, I have enough time to sell it, and I judged it appropriate to convert it into cash while I can, for the sake of inheriting it to my daughter.

The good thing about this land is that it is in a quiet residential area with nature remaining, while being rich in cultural facilities, sports facilities, childcare and educational facilities, and dining spots nearby. It is a corner lot and slightly elevated, so there is little concern about flooding. Additionally, it has a Pacific coast climate with many sunny days in winter.

This property was acquired through inheritance but has hardly been used. It is the land and building of my family home obtained through inheritance in the 5th year of Reiwa. It consists of two adjacent residential lots purchased by my father in the 2nd year of Heisei, with some space available for a home garden. The building appears to have been constructed in 1970 and has undergone several extensions and minor renovations. I believe that a house deteriorates if not lived in, but since I live far away and have no plans to return to Bungotakada City, I am considering passing it on to someone who can manage and cherish it while living there.

The photos were taken during my visit to the site in June 2024. The Buddhist altar is still in place, but I plan to remove it if a prospective buyer appears. There are many remaining items that give a sense of life, but I would like to pass it on to someone who can accept it as is. I will also include a functioning air conditioner.

The building is unregistered, but it has been extended, and the layout is a single-story 5DK. There is one Western-style room and four Japanese-style rooms.
