Properties in Japan

Hokkaido is the land where I was born. I have memories of accompanying my father when he went to purchase this land. However, my father was later transferred to Honshu, and he could not return to Hokkaido, leading to over half a century of merely paying taxes and various costs for weeding and maintenance to the city. Currently, my mother has inherited it and has continued to hold onto her feelings for it, but she has finally come to terms with the fact that no one can live there anymore... so I decided to register it here.

It has been over 15 years since I visited the site, but the clear air, the sound of the stream, and the charming shrine along the green walking path made it hard for me to let go. There is also a (non-destructive) highway passing through, and I heard there is a large famous ranch beyond it. Additionally, from the nearby main road (which likely has little traffic), I believe I could see the sea far down the straight path. However, in the end, Hokkaido was just too far away.

The year before last, my daughter and her partner visited while touring Hokkaido, and they said it was indeed a nice place. A person across the road who was doing home gardening gave them fre北海道は私が生まれた地です。この宅地の購入に行く父に同行した記憶があります。ただその後父は本州に転勤となり、北海道に戻ることは叶わず、税金と除草や整備の諸費用を市に納め続けるのみで半世紀以上が経ってしまいました。現在は母が相続し思いを寄せ続けていましたが、もう誰も住みにいけない…とようやく納得してくれましたので、私がここに登録することにいたしました。

私が現地を訪れたのは15年以上も前になりますが、澄んだ空気と小川のせせらぎ、緑に沿った散歩道には趣のある祠もあって、手放すという気持ちにはなりませんでした。(自然を害さない)高速道路も通っていて、その向こうには大きな知名な牧場があると聞きました。また、近くの大きな通り(と言っても交通量はおそらく少ない)からは、真っすぐ下った遥か先に海も見えたと思います。けれども結局、北海道は遠過ぎでした。

一昨年には娘カップルが北海道周遊の途中で見に行ってくれましたが、やはりいいところだったと言っていました。道を挟んだお向かいで家庭菜園をなさっていた方が、取り立てトマトをくださったと言っていました。(ありがとうございました)　私が小川と思っていたのは(立派な)牛舎川、小さな散歩道や自然公園も整っているのですね。また、古くなってしまった分譲地と思っていましたが、新しい一戸建てもちらほら出来ているようでした。手放す時期は何時でも結構ですが、ご案内はできませんので、ご自身で現地を見に行っていただければと思います。地元の不動産屋さんにも依頼しています。価格は手続き諸費用を賄い、母を安心させてあげられるものであれば嬉しいです。

インフラに関し、ガス情報は存じませんが、その他は問題ないはずです。上下水道だと思うのですが、何年も前に費用をお支払いしていました。請求されたものは全て完全に納入しています。

北海道の中では温暖な地と聞いていますが、地元の方はご存じですね。（購入したころは北海道の湘南と謳われていました）冬はやはり雪に埋まるのでしょうか。
